Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your bouquet snack, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your bouquet snack must be in the same condition that you received it, with all packaging intact and unopened.

To start a return, you can contact us at justtoyoubouquet@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened bouquet snacks or items that have been consumed. We also do not offer refunds for any shipping fees paid.
